Billing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged: there’s no card to charge. Choose a plan whenever you’re ready. If you don’t, the workspace moves to the Free plan: everything you made is kept, one live configurator with the huesix credit stays live, and the features of paid plans pause until you subscribe.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time from Studio’s Billing page. Moving up is charged for the rest of the period straight away; moving down becomes credit on your next invoice. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
How do I pay, and do I get invoices?
By card or a wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. Every payment comes with an invoice in Studio showing your business details and tax number. Enterprise plans can pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Do prices include tax?
No. VAT, GST or sales tax is added at checkout based on where your business is. Businesses in the EU, the UK and elsewhere with a valid tax number can add it at checkout for reverse charge where the law allows.
What counts towards storage?
Everything you upload and everything huesix makes from it: models and their lighter versions, textures, HDRIs, pictures and sounds. Studio’s Billing page shows how much you use. Delete what you no longer need, or add storage packs.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you and try again over the next few days. Your configurators stay online meanwhile; update the card from the Billing page and nothing changes.
