Cancelling
Workspace owners and admins can cancel in Studio under Billing, at any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for and isn’t renewed. You can change your mind before then and keep it. After it ends, the workspace moves to the free plan: your products, files and enquiries stay, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.
Changing plan or storage
- Upgrading starts at once. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
- Moving to a smaller plan, or removing storage, also starts at once. The unused part is credited to your account and taken off your next invoices.
- Switching between monthly and yearly works the same way, with the new period starting from the switch.
Refunds
Payments for a period that has started aren’t refunded, except:
- when we charged you by mistake, or twice;
- when we end the service or your plan for a reason other than a breach of our terms, for the time you can no longer use;
- when you don’t accept a change to our terms or sub-processors, for prepaid time after the change;
- when the law gives you a right to one.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days of our decision.
If you’re a consumer
huesix is made for businesses. If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country with a cooling-off right, you can cancel within 14 days of subscribing. Because you asked us to start straight away, we refund the price minus the part of the period already used.
If a payment fails
Your plan carries on for a 7-day grace period while Stripe retries and we email you. After that the workspace has the free plan’s limits until the invoice is paid; nothing is deleted.
Deleting everything
Deleting a workspace (Settings, Your data) cancels its subscription straight away, without a refund for the rest of the period, and deletes its products and files. Export first if you want a copy.
Asking for a refund
Write to support@huesix.com from the email of a workspace owner, with the invoice number. We answer within one working day.
