What you publish
Don’t upload or publish anything that:
- you don’t have the rights to, such as models, pictures, sounds, fonts or brand marks belonging to others;
- is illegal where it’s published or viewed, or promotes illegal goods or services;
- sexualises minors, or is sexually explicit;
- harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people;
- misleads buyers: products you can’t supply, fake prices or availability, or pages pretending to be another business;
- contains malware, or collects passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data through configurator forms.
How you use the service
Don’t:
- try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems that aren’t yours, or test our security without our written agreement;
- overload huesix, scrape it at scale, or get around plan limits, for example with several free workspaces for one business;
- use huesix as general file hosting or a content delivery network for things that aren’t configurators;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through enquiry forms or connections;
- resell or sublicense huesix without an agreement with us (agencies building for clients are welcome).
Reporting a problem
To report content that breaks these rules, or a security issue, write to support@huesix.com with the link and what’s wrong. We look into every report and act on infringement notices that meet the legal requirements where the content is hosted.
What we do
Depending on how serious it is, we may ask you to fix it, remove the content, pause a configurator, or suspend the workspace, with notice where we reasonably can. Where the law requires, we report illegal content to the authorities. If you think we got it wrong, reply to our message and a person will review it.
